Refund policy

Returns
If your panels aren’t right for your room, you can return them within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. Return shipping is free on orders from our online store: email info@massform.com with your order number and we’ll send you a prepaid label. If we arranged shipping for you outside the areas our store ships to, we agree how returns work when we quote.

Damage
If anything arrives damaged or not as ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund it.

Refunds
Once the return reaches us and we’ve checked it, we refund your original payment method, usually within 5 to 8 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Not returnable
Custom or modified pieces, and panels that have been installed or used.
